ORDERING AND PAYMENT
If you place an order you agree to Danuta Designs terms and conditions. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Items have been shown as accurately as possible with photographs, descriptions, sizes and lengths. Colours will vary on different monitors.
Click on the “Buy” button to include the item in your shopping cart. You can then either carry on shopping or make your payment. To make a payment please click on the Pay Pal link. As payment is instant your order will be processed immediately. Items can be sent to any address if they are being bought as gifts.
Danuta Designs must receive payment in full for your order before it can be accepted. Once your payment via Pay pal has been authorized and cleared, an email will be sent confirming your order and your item will be posted. Please keep this receipt for your records. For commissions, cheques made payable to Danuta Ormrod are accepted If there is an error in the description or price of goods on the site, Danuta Designs reserves the right to supply goods at the correct price.
Danuta Designs reserves the right to refuse to supply to any person for whatever reason.
FINGERPRINT JEWELLERY ORDERS
You will be sent a free non toxic fingerprint kit with easy to follow instructions. It will contain a stamped envelope to return to us.Because of the personalized nature of these items they are non refundable unless damaged etc. We will keep the fingerprints (unless you request their return with your order) as you may want to order further items in the future. Please note that fingerprint items are handcrafted and will not be the same in appearance as machine finished products. This is part of their appeal.
PERSONAL COMMISSIONS
For personal commissions 50% of the total quote must be cleared in payment before any designs or images are sent to you. This amount is non-refundable. Please ring for details.

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING
For customers in the UK orders are sent first class for £2.50. Europe orders are £3.60, and the rest of the world are £4.60. Please allow 5-14 days for your package to arrive. Postage costs do not include any custom charges for your country. We will try to ensure your jewellery is packaged properly so it is not damaged during transit. Orders will be sent within 48 hours if they are not in the Fingerprint Jewellery section. Overseas orders are placed at the customers risk and Danuta Designs will not accept responsibility for these orders lost in transit. Proof of postage will be on all orders.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase YOU CAN RETURN THE ITEM/S WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE (postage at your own cost) for a full refund or exchange. Please note that postage charges are not refunded. A refund will be made only if the item is unworn, in its original condition along with the packaging. When packaging the item, please make sure it is sent in a bubble envelope or wrapped well in bubble film, as no refunds can be issued for items damaged in transit. For hygiene reasons pierced earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded. Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds for misuse or accidental damage not due to faulty workmanship. However Danuta Designs can repair your jewellery for a small fee. Please contact us for further details.
If there is a problem with Danuta Designs workmanship, you can return or exchange the item within 30 days, or choose to have the item repaired free of charge.
Made to order items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty.
YOUR DETAILS
Any personal data gathered by us in your use of this site will be recorded electronically and only used in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998. Danuta Designs uses the information you provide only to fulfill your orders or send you information about new products or services. Once you have left our site, you will not be monitored in any way.
DISCLAIMER
Danuta Designs works to keep the site up to date but cannot guarantee that this site and its contents are completely free of technical errors. By using this site, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with this site. We are also not liable for any damages associated with use of this site however caused, incorrect prices or information.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
This site and its contents will not constitute the basis for any contractual commitment between Danuta Designs and any prospective customer in any jurisdiction in which the solicitation of interest or the offering of or sale of products by Danuta Designs would contravene any applicable local, regional or national legislation. No prospective customer should seek to make any order through the site from jurisdictions in which it would be illegal for Danuta Designs to sell products. Danuta Designs cannot guarantee that the sale and delivery of its goods to your particular country or location is permissible, so please be aware of your own geographic import restrictions.
LEGAL GOVERNANCE
Your use of this site and any contract between you and Danuta Designs for the sale of products shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable for these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions.
COPYRIGHTS
All materials, including images, illustrations, designs layout, photographs, written and other text or script that are part of this site are protected by copyright, trade mark, trade dress and/or other intellectual property rights owned, controlled or licensed to Danuta Designs. The site as a whole is protected by copyright and trade dress, all worldwide rights, titles and interests in and to which are owned Danuta Designs.
The contents of the site and the site as a whole are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may download or copy the contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the site for the sole purpose of placing an order with Danuta Designs or using the site as a shopping resource. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. You may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the contents, the site, or any related software.
In the event of any unauthorised copying of Danuta Design jewellery, Danuta Designs is entitled to take legal proceedings against the persons concerned.
