Once you have ordered your item we will acknowledge your order and send you our non toxic easy to use fingerprint impression kit and a form to advise us of the shape and engraving you require.

A chosen name or date can be inscribed (space permitting, usually up to 5 letters) on the back or front at no extra cost. Please note there is only room for this on the medium and large sizes. It may be possible on the small sizes if a child or baby print is used.
Send back the print and form in the (pre-paid envelope - only applies in the UK)
If you would like to order a necklace with 2 charms of different shapes, just order the necklace with two charms and then decide on the shapes you would like when you send back your prints and order form.
At our studio we will handmake your piece and send it back to you within 14 days.
